P2E Virtual Program

Transform the way you work, from the inside out.

Pathways to Equity (P2E) Virtual Program is a 10 week online interactive program designed to introduce you to methods for equity in practice, historical and systemic racism within the built environment, self-reflective and community building practices, and strategies for community engagement.

Our Spring 2024 cohort is open for applications until March 18th. The program will take place from April 16th - June 18th. Sessions are held Tuesdays, 4:00-6pm PST

We are committed to accessible and equitable funding of the program. We offer the course on a sliding scale of $800-$1200 per participant.

LEARNING MODULES

Our curriculum is designed as a whole experience that builds on each learning module. We prioritize  creating  community throughout our 10 weeks together. Sessions with guest facilitators include interactive workshops, self-reflective exercises and community building activities. They fall into the following modules:
